I first met John after Super storm Sandy; I needed siding replaced as well as a leak repaired. John came over looked at the damage and immediately knew what needed to be done; he is courteous, knowledgeable, professional and most importantly reasonably priced. He has an eye for detail and is a perfectionist, full of ideas and always has a plan A, B, or C to accommodate the homeowner’s needs. I am very pleased with the repairs he performed! I can’t wait to have him start on my next home improvement project, an entrance for the basement! Stay tuned …

John - Just an extra thank you for the good work you and your crew did on our roof, leak inside attic and work on chimney!

You were prompt, completed the work in record time, your prices are fair, your work crew are pleasant and polite and best of all you clean up completely before you leave the job!!

The roof looks great, you can't tell the difference between the old and newly repaired section.

I am writing to let you know that I am amazed at the speed and accuracy of service with your company. It is not often that a contracting service actually arrives when they say they will and then follows through to complete the work within the same week as the estimate was received. This was critical for us, as we were on a tight timelime to finalize an insurance claim. Beyond the speed of service, I also wanted to comment on the team who came into our house. They did meticulous work, were extremely friendly and courteous cleaning up all evidence of the job. Overall, we were more than pleased with the leak repairs and painting so much so that we most certainly will use your company again in the near future. Hi,

You came to our house exactly two weeks ago. (And I understand my father resent a request for the bill via e-mail.) Apologize for this belated testimonial.

It's been two weeks waiting for much hotter weather to arrive. As of now, our temperatures are in the 90s so it allowed us to put the system to the test. The new A/C has been wonderful so far. We also appreciate the roof examination and going beyond what you came here for. Thank you so much! :) You've been a lifesaver.

(We also haven't had much of an animal problem ever since that day.)

After Hurricane Irene our basement was a disaster. Thanks to John and his crew our basement looks like a million bucks. His workers were polite, on time and neat. John delivered his promise and got our basement done on time. I would hire him again and of course refer his service. A job well done!

I just want to let you know that John Johansen replaced my front door and screen door after they were blown apart by a hurricane. He did the job quickly and inexpensively, and I have to say door is securred better than the one the builder had originally put in.

I would highly reccomend John to anyone who is looking for a quality job.

I can not thank you enough for the wonderful job you did today in dismantling and packaging the exhibit "Rebirth After the Holocaust". I know this exhibit presented many challenges both by its sheer size and weight as well as by its fragility, and you handled both issues with obvious skill and professionalism. The exhibit is now, I believe, packed more effectively and safely than we received it this past fall.

I also appreciate how accurately you were able to estimate the costs and the time commitment of the job ahead of time for me. You and your crew were timely and efficient and the job was completed within the guidelines of your estimate and in truly excellent manner.

Although I understand that this project was somewhat outside your usual scope of work, I sincerely hope you will consider taking on similar jobs like for us in the future.

Wow!

I wanted to thank you for renovating our laundry room last week.

As you know, a neighbor damaged this room when he forgot to put the lint trap underneath his sink. The result was gallons of water that came through our ceiling, and the room was soaked. The walls and floor were buckled, and we lived in a temporary mode until we could get this fixed.

You, AJ, and Julio did a wonderful job. Not only did you fix all the damage, but you moved our washer and dryer to make better use of the room. It looks twice as large now. You did a terrific job with the new shelves, too, and we can put our things in permanent places.

A side benefit - we have our hallway back. Kenny and I played ball today, and he didn't have to run a slalom course to retrieve it.

Eric and I can get used to this!
